Our friends at Portage Yacht Club (Pinckney, MI) are hosting a virtual “Book Club” discussion group this winter on the new 2021-2024 Racing Rules of Sailing. The sessions will be led by Clark Chapin, a US Sailing National Judge and certified Club Race Officer. Clark is active at many regattas throughout our area and regularly races in Interlakes.
