Dining Reservations

RESERVATION POLICY

OPEN DINING
Reservations are encouraged, but not required. Reservations help management assure that staffing is at an appropriate level to provide the best possible experience. If the dining area is busy, those with reservations will receive seating preference over those without. Members are always welcome. To guarantee a great evening for you and your friends a reservation is the way to go. 
 
SPECIAL EVENTS
Reservations are a must. Our chef prepares a special menu and prepares quantities according to anticipated attendance. You may attend without a reservation, and our staff will attempt to accommodate you, seating and food quantity permitting. You may not reserve a table if you are not coming for the meal. If you plan to attend for the entertainment only, do not make a reservation. Doing so causes increased waste and expense for the club and will result in the price of the meal being charged to your account. We have no cover charge, entertainment costs are included in your dues, and members are always welcome. However, entertainment only seating is on an “as available” basis after all dining reservations have been filled. 
 
Please Remember that until you receive a confirmation of your reservation, all reservations are pending. 
 
In order  allow for proper service, we cannot accept reservations for the bar or high-top tables
 

You may submit a reservation request online using the form below.  Once your reservation is received and confirmed, you will receive an email from us.  While you can request a specific dining location using the form below, requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  We appreciate your cooperation.

Please note that online reservations can only be accepted up to five hours in advance.

If you need to cancel a reservation, you can do so at the link below using the confirmation code which you were emailed or by calling the Club.  If you need to modify an existing reservation, please call the Club at (740) 929-9941.

Please remember that BLYC is a private Club, open only to members and their guests.
