Congratulations to Steve Goodyear and crew Samantha Falter on winning the 2020 Commodore Earl O. Williams Independence Day Long Distance Race. The wind was light and fluky, but after a short postponement, we were able to hold the race with 7 entries. Dave Lawrence and Tom Campbell, sailing Dave’s O’Day 222, Windblown, brought home the Walter Knapp “Bringing up the Rear” trophy.
